UPSF Being Sold!!

We sure have. I just upgraded to cup of soup from ramen noodles.

 

I have upgraded to corn, peas and a fried egg on my Ramen.

One word.....Delicious!

 

Are you fairly new? My first year at Buster I took a $50,000 pay cut from my former employer in 2003 due to being laid off 7 months that year. It was my only bad year and I choose to stay on call many of my years because I could cover a good job about 9-10 months of the year and answer the phone the rest of the time. It sucks starting off sometimes, but it is worth the sacrifice in most cases.

 

and thats why i never even thought about going to USPF cause i cant afford to live on 17.50 lol

 

It's not easy at first.

But it pays off long-term.

 

Meh , FXF offered 23.58 hr. Does UPS small package have P&D what would they start out at ? I usually see them working nights doing drop n hooks.

 

Depends on the local terminal. Mine does. I did it for a while. I believe all feeder drivers start out at $21.50 an hour unless the local terminal has offered more because they need drivers.

 

Does parcel have an actual P&D with lift gates etc or has it always been DnH and have the Linehaul guys take it from the terminal. At 21.50 + OT is not that bad especially with the seniority coming in and higher pay in the long run.
