I have a 2006 Kenworth t800, It has a significant bounce in the front between 30 and 40 mph, which is way worse while braking. It doesnt bounce any other time than between 30 and 40 mph accelerating or braking. Before or after this speed no issues. At 60 mph it drives like its on glass. Ive had someone drive next to me and watch the front tires on each side and its only the driver side wheel bouncing. Passenger side smooth as silk. We have had new tires installed, spin balanced wheels and tires, new shocks, new drums, new brakes, new bearings and seals pretty much everything is brand new.

We have, king pins have no play are well greased and the leafs seem to be okay. What would be deciding factors on a bad leaf spring? What would I be looking for?

If its bouncing, something is out of balance. I highly doubt its a front spring. Is the rim worn where it seats to the hub? What about the tabs on the hub the rim seats on?

Could be spring pin and bushing issue, are they the threaded/grease type pin or rubber bushing type. the threaded ones can seize and cause this problem.
