It just dawned on me they probably acquired them through some business transaction before reading your post! When I was there they bought out a small flatbed outfit and there were a few KW's/FL Classics running around for a year or two.

Nah sb I'm good, sleep all day and working at night is good for me. Online banking gets the job done; at 2 in the evening on a wednsday where u trying to go. Plus, thats what u heard; I heard u can make up to 35k as a newb just talk. Man the hwy be clear no grannies like wing ding on the road so its hammer down. $20 a stop who u think u talking too. nice try though. I know personally that woul take u unloading a hundred and something pieces.

Danc she thinks savannah looks like missoula without the snow.
the western paychecks will look a little short; Watkins still make their drivers pay tolls.
If so redneck I would be scared too. Man redneck there is nothing too be afraid of in the NE area, but the GW just make sure u keep ur lane they are about as wide as a dodge neon. The rest my friend is crash dummies and gear shifting. -
nawlins, glad u back, i was getting board here.
for the record about watkins, they didnt by out another company, they bought the bissness account of another company we haul for, Broyhill, as they did away with theirs and we now have all their accounts.
the pay, out of conover, is mile pay pluss $20 for each and every stop. 20 bucks each stop no matter if its 1 peice of furniture, or 50, u still get 20 bucks for the stop.
i did it a few weeks ago, had 30 stops in mass and ri, 28 of them were rent-a-centers, had 4 days to get them done, finished by 230 on friday. better planned routing then tony and dave ever did in sayreville.
30 stops x 20 = $600 just in stops,
plus, u figure ur miles pay x's it by the avrg of 1800 at .31 comes to 558, which comes to $1,158. for the week...
u say watkins makes their drivers pay for tolls? you make it sound as if that driver will never get the money back... had in a recipt and u get the money back. same as most companies.
nawlins is right about the ne. no big deal, but need to shift smoothly crossing the gw, hitting the trucks mirrior beside u is very close and prob common as well. -
