S2B, are ever going to be a real trucker?? I know you think it's cool to have your hat on backwards when your rolling around SFS. Come on man!!!
It would have been good to see you in mudzulla on Saturday. Rednek was talking some serious smack about you and your #### Phillys.
OK, this is a w/s post not a personal ball busting post for the Princess.
Have you heard any news on when we are going to get our pay cut back? The rumor is this month some time. BUT, it is only a rumor.
    GO PHILLYS!!!

    rednek Thanks this.

Hey ADR, I am a driver with w/s and Modesto is my home terminal. I will let you know that trying to get home on a regular bases is not easy. I talk to drivers in other terms and some are home all the time and some aren't. There are several of use trying to get dedicated routes in and out of Modesto. So, don't get your hopes up. As for the furniture loads, They are no big deal. Most of the furniture stops that I have had has people there waiting for you to show up and help you unload.
    I hope that helps.

    ADR Thanks this.

Hey Rednec!! I'm with not-a-real-trucker aka S2B. Your wife needs to have her own handle. How about.. I LOVE BABY!! Or I'M SORRY I DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE ON THE FIRST RING BABY!! I'm just kidding!!!
Ms Rednc, I wanted to let you know that there are a lot of women who like to know what it's like on the home front when your husband is on the road. There are some women that post about other company's, but your input on w/s might help the nubes.
You can tell every one the joy you have when red leaves and when he comes home early how disappointed you are.
Good luck with your Dental schooling.

6309, hi!, im sure at some point or another ill become a real trucker, not anytime soon however, it takes years to become one of them...
im not worried about what rednek says, he's got bigger issues to deal with, like staying in touch with his wife :biggrin_255:, as for the rumor about getting our pay back, i heard the same thing, but take i take it as trucker myth within the company... it would be nice... but what i heard was that if the new account in conover goes as planned then we would get out .01 back... we shall see!,
we should all vote on a handle for ms rednek.... i say " WHERES MY HUSBAND! " ? :biggrin_25522:

Hey 6309, thanks for the info. Hometime isn't that big of a deal for the first six months, my wife and i have already put that into the mix. Besides, i'm sure she's happy to get rid of me for a little while (lol).

ADR, The one thing I thought of today as I was rolling down 5 in Oregon. When you talk
to Roxie or Sandy make sure your school is OK''ed by w/s.
I have seen you put 6 months in your posts. Are you saying you want to stay out for the first 6 month?? Or are you hoping to have a dedicated in 6 months??

    Good Luck!

    S2B,
Are you on home time? Red said something about you wanting to stay rolling on the east
side. Is there enough freight to keep the miles up over there? I've had mixed results in the east. Are you running mostly furniture or what?
    I hate NY! GO PHILLY'S
