I finished EVO 3 & started pulling Ref. Got new DSR. We are not compatable. I think I should move to the van fleet, but do not know who to talk to about the change. If some can let me know it would be great.
Who do I talk to about changing fleets?

Whoever your fleet operations manage is. For flats it's Jeff Eibergen, not sure about van or reefer. Just understand that since you have pulled reefers, even as a van driver you'll probably still be dispatched on them. Good luck.

Also, you are probably best off asking your DSR to switch you fleet first. Don't go higher unless they won't help you. Starting at the bottom is always the best. Only once have I had to go above my DSR. When that happens, a whole new ball of wax gets rolling.

Thank you very much. Pulling ref from time to time will be OK. I really need to get a new DSR. I also like pulling van better.

I'm considering Roehl as one of my options but looking at the 7/4 7/3 team.
However it seems here in WI that this would only be FLATBED and TARPS!
(No VAN for this here they told me...)
Ahh...50lb tarping at -10f outside...
W/O getting into names and specifics, what kind of issues have you had with your DSR ? - that can make or break someone and one of my ongoing concerns...

You DSR or Keith in refer to tell him you want out. You will change DSR's
Refer might not let you go before you do 6 months with them. -
We have contrasting personalities. Other than these issues everything else has been as advertised at roehl.
