went from 31 to 29cnts.
they recently jumped to 97% turn around for drivers.
staying put till spring then looking for new employer.

true they are taking students fresh outa schools.

11 months exp. graduated in may 09,went with Arrow got out,I am making .35 cpm $35.00 to to bump a dock,and a $875. per week guarantee per week under dispatch if I don't get 2,500.
Why would someone drive for 20 something cpm?
Even with Arroe I was getting .34.

Case in point some jack wipe was there today. Truck idling, he was inside. Comes out makes sure I notice he has a brand new Freightliner. Goes back inside and comes back out. Goes in the passenger side gets into the sleeper, comes back out into the store.

If I wasn't a company driver I would have snatched the keys out and tossed them on top of the trailer
