Masks are bs. But just because they have a sign on the door doesn't mean they're enforcing it. Walk in and if they say something, stick one on for a minute, then take it off. Im about anti-mask as they come, but I'll support a local store over Amazon any day. In fact, we actually stopped using Amazon all together and are limiting our Walmart purchases as well.

Don't contribute to Bezos obscene wealth.

The law here is "face covering" so actual masks are not mandatory, so long as nose, mouth and chin are covered. They made it store policy that they allow masks only. Sorry, not pissing away my money on a mask for the privillege of shopping there. I haven't bought or worn a mask yet and don't intend to start now. If my bandana ain't good enough I'll take my money elsewhere.

I already stopped supporting Starbucks and Levi Strauss due to anti-gun statements. I haven't set foot in a Walmart in 3 months either.

I haven't been in a Walmart in almost a year. My wife shops at amazon and it drives me insane.

So looking at tires online this morning I came across some 445/65r22.5 drive tires. I guess I never paid attention to the actual size, but they're 43" tall, 16" wide. The ones made in Thailand are less than $2000 for a set of 4 (plus a set of wheels). I've been weighing the pros and cons of these all day. I have 3.55's and spin almost 1500rpm at 65mph on lo pro 22.5's. My truck was originally specced with 11r24.5's I think the taller height would put me at 1350rpm at 65.

Only con I can see is a flat/blow out can leave you stranded on the side of the road, but that can be mitigated with a tire pressure monitor system. This is how a truck I ran in the past was set up, but it was on the short super singles. Seemed to work well, and never had any issues over about 150k

Anyone else got any possible downsides? Im looking at the more aggressive tread vs the low rolling resistance highway tread.

I agree and I dont wear a mask/face covering at all, unless I come across a karen shipper/receiver which is the only exception Im willing to make so that I can get loaded/unloaded. I constantly have people in stores handing me a surgical mask at the door and I just put it in my pocket. I have walked right the F out of several places who wanted to hassle me, including Clays Radio Shop in San Antonio when the fool in a mask, face shield and gloves walked up to me (breaking the stupid 6ft distace thing) to take my temperature.

But after seeing what a real pos Bezos is, I'll never buy another thing off his website.

Edit: And F Levis with a rusty spoon too for their anti gun bs. It sucks because their jeans fit me very well and have always lasted a long time. But Im at a point where I will spend my $ on products from good companies.

Get a library card, usually free. Then you can check out digital books and read on an iPad or something like that.

Exactly, bet if you wait until spring, the leftovers will be on sale. Of course you will need to get the one that is next up the line from the current one. You can’t go smaller.

I'm going to do that. I just wanted to complete my Longmire series. Only needed the last 4 books.
