I’m driving a 2013 Western Star 4900SB. Saturday we used it to haul and parked it at our shop and shut it down and turn off the master disconnect like I do every day. The truck sat Sunday and Monday. Monday afternoon I went to fire it up to go to work and when I fired it up I noticed the air tank gauges, suspension gauge and brake application gauge were pegged to the right. I turn the key off and let the gauges do their sweep and this time they stayed at zero. The low air alarm was beeping until the tanks reached pressure. The tractor suspension aired up like normal the trailer is aired up but still nothing on the air tank gauges, suspension gauge and tractor application gauge when I step on the brakes. All other gauges work fine. I checked the simple things like relays and fuses and also to see if the gauges are plugged in. I’m not very knowledgeable on western star trucks. I know enough to do basic repairs and troubleshooting but my mechanical knowledge of these trucks is limited as I own Kenworth tractors. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    last 6 of vin?

I'm thinking you have the star gauges that are all daisy chained together. If one in the chain goes out, everything downline will stop reporting data as well. You are good to know that you need to let the gauges do their full sweep before proceeding with starting the truck.
