800wk the recruiter flat lied to you training pay while with your trainer is 350wk when you go to phase2 or orientation 2 as they call it and go with finnish trainer now it is 425wk before taxes mind you. then when solo start at .26mi and at 1 yr your at .30cpm after 3 yrs with them you be a whopping .32cpm if you keep your sanity that long

 

aquqfina, training pay is 350 throughout, there is no 425, I just went through the whole process.

 

So with my curent cdl and medcal card and all my exp still i need to gout with trainer or just there week of bs at termial, i was thinking going with steven, thanks Everett.

 

2nd day in houston and we still have yet to get close enuf to the trucks to smell em I want behind the wheel I'm ready to learn we all are the whole class has permit or cdl oh and we r down to 12 from 18 the first day

 

What caused them to leave do you know anutha?

 

If you are experienced I think they just put you through OR3 and give you a road test to make sure you don't run over curbs etc.

 

Some just didn't come back and 1 was called out on day 2 don't know the reason tho

 

i went through it and i was bumped up to 425 when went out with trainee trainee

 

if you are experienced you will have a meeting with bill cheyne and he will decide if he will have you do and e coast west coast with a trainer then released solo or have to go thru the whole shibang

 

That could be the difference, they don't do trainee teams anymore.
