I can give you horror stories about dealing with TSL from exp. and from customers who despise TSL they schedule appointments with customers, don't show up or show up hours late without calling and expect to get loaded. Had one of their drivers show up at a grain customer here in Colorado 6 hours late, no call, customer told them to park to the side, there were 4 appointments ahead of them, IF they had time, they'd get to him, if not, he could sit overnight and the would load him next morning. After messaging his dispatcher, he ended up sitting until the next morning, 14 hours, 2 hours from home. The other side of it, TSL has a stake in some of these grain companies, so they figure that since they can screw around when comes to their companies, they can do it everywhere, and it doesn't work that way.
