A little bit but I've found my greatest grip development came from holding heavy weight.

 

I just want the sweet t shirt you get when you can close their #3 (I think) hand gripper that’s about 350 lbs if I remember correctly rofl my pinky is dead weight, can’t use it for anything

 

Oh I was thinking of their #4, still get a t shirt for #3

Got 275lbs 5x on bench Friday. 315 is my last obstacle. Then I will switch from a strength routine to more of a bodybuilder plan.
Well...that’s the plan at least.
