Where is everyone #5

Been 4 days now. Day 1 was 101 fever and a migraine. Day 2 was 102 fever but nothing else. Days 3 and 4 have been sinuses but no fever to speak of. Seems to be a pretty light case of it but still get 10 days solitary until I can go 24 hours with no fever without medication.

 

I managed to get my bench 1RM to 265 lbs before they shut everything down back in December. I'd like to try and be able to 5 rep 265+ on bench. My goal for now though is to at least be able to walk back into the gym and pickup right where I left off.

I started using casein protein powder at night now. Supposedly it digests slower than isolate so it fuels recovery better while you sleep. Going to try it for a month and see what results.

Wished ! It was a fluke month with the last load delivering on the 1st of this month. Some say I'm flaunting it. Whatever ! Haters going to hate no mater what. This month may be half that or even less. There are folks that say I don't work any harder than other H/H they know. All I say is come do what I've done the last few yrs.

Doing great. Done with radiation. Going Tuesday to see if he is cleared ! Fingers crossed !

Two of my co workers got Whu-han-Fluee'd. Neither had glowing reviews of the experience.

 

It was alright!! Alright enough to waltz over for a few more.. Pulled a 34 here, the other half my load only picks up Monday am..

Had the carnitas last night..
Went with the el Pastor, & a couple carne asada today..
