2015 Mack Pinnacle Regen issues

Filters have been cleaned 3 times jetted twice in past year. Cleaned in November because went into Derate one month later would not regen again so they had filters jetted again. Already the truck will not regen when light starts blinking and tells me too I pull over and it will not do it. What else can be causing this? I’m tired of taking it to them and having my truck for week at time and not fixing the problem that keeps causing this. Has anyone had this same issue? If yes what finally fixed your problem?

 

No active codes. It just won’t Regen when I push the button. In November when it wouldn’t Regen is when it went into derate. In December it started doing it again and they jetted the filter again. Just trying to find out what else could be causing this. Because Mac dealer can’t seem to fix the problem.
