I wouldn’t know how tf to get out of a situation like that if I can’t turn around or back out because I’m boxed in lol

 

Pull the brakes put ur 4 ways on.. Eventually the 4s behind u will get the memo..... Its ur choice what to do... sometimes there is a way out , but the side streets could have low bridges as well... i cant tell u how much times ive sat there staring at a low bridge scratching my head ..... It is almost embarressing .... I would hate to admit i mightve backed down a 2 lane road for about 2.5 or 3 miles after trying to take a shortcut to get around road construction.... I just put my truck in the opposite lane and put er in reverse... finally got back to the road i came in on like 10 minutes later and got the f out of dodge lol... another time actually not to long ago, the week before thanksgiving 2020 .. Missed my turn in spokane to get back on i90 , took the next turn and there was 11.6 bridge .. Luckily there was easy way back around by taking side streets..... If you really dont know what to do..... Pull breaks , put ur 4 ways on , open ur atlas and in the front of ur atlas there is phone number for state police for every state.... Call them and tell them ur situation, u probably arent the first and wont be the last.....

 

I’ve done that once when I went the wrong way out of Long Island, NY and was just about to take the exit to get on the George Washington Bridge when a sign said “low clearance”, but looking back I think it was referring to the lower level, called the police and sat there for like 30 minutes with those a holes in NY honking their horns at me because I was blocking the right lane until finally he showed up and in like 5 seconds told me I could keep going rofl

So u just order #### on the side of street in middle of nowhere and they bring it to u ? Does this work with other items other than food? Asking for me friend

 

Haha! DoorDash only delivers food unless it’s Walgreens or something, however you could look at a local Walmart and see if they have a 2 hour delivery service; I ordered food from Walmart in Stockton when I was in the hotel and they outsource their delivery drivers to DoorDash, you could buy anything from your local Walmart and have it delivered to you, just gotta see if they have that
