Jesus thats more than I drive in 2 weeks now lol

 

Nice! I've been doing mostly shorter runs with too much waiting, plus a couple of delays due to mechanical problems. I'm glad to see somebody's racking up the miles.

 

This actually happened last night. A recent trainee called me up last night he was really pissed off and upset that his dispatcher was yelling at him. He went on how he needs to be cut some slack because he is new and needs a little bit of understanding from his dispatcher. Apparently his dispatchers messages come through in all caps on qcom. I took a picture of my dispatchers last message to me to try and prove to him that all the messages come in all caps. HOMETIME ENTERED. Lol he still didn’t believe me.

Are we having a trailer shortage these days? The terminals never seem to have empties lately. Come to think of it the terminals just seem to be empty of trailers all around.

 

I was at Richfield yesterday and the whole center area was empty.

 

Same way a couple weeks ago and 1/2 of the perimeter parking was empty too. This was during the week if I remember correctly. I posted a photo of it on here because it was so unusual.

 

Anyone else shutdown? I’m stuck 3 hours east of Memphis on 40.
