CO-Q10 is a product produced by your body but it can become low with age and using statin drugs like Lipitor and Crestor.

Back teeth floating just means that a person has to piss REAL bad.

You might look into low-dose aspirin use to help your circulation.

Its real cheap and helps keep your cardiovascular system cleaned up some by reducing inflammation and plaque build up, helps keep from getting strokes and heart attacks.

I am not a doctor so take this advice with that in mind, driver.

I've been on Nutrisystem about 2 1/2 months. Most of the weight came off the first month. It's a lot of money to come up with at once, but it's only ten bucks a day when it's all said and done. I add to it canned vegetables and fresh fruits. Over all it's not a bad deal. Most of it don't taste very good though. My BP last time I checked was 120/72. Can't wait to go back and test it again at the next physical. I get the feeling when you walk in there overweight, the doctor works extra hard looking for a reason to disqualify you. It's us vs. them. I'm not going to let them beat me. Besides, i want to be around a while for my kids.

thats really great to lose that much weight in such a short time...wish i could...would save my money for Nutrisystem but it doesnt sound like i'd like the food...sounds very bland and no taste. that will be hard to eat. i also dont like canned veggies and the only fruit i like is banannas...when i was thin my BP was normal 110/70....now that im a fata$$ its been on the higher side and i dont get the exercise i should either. never have the energy for it. and i tire out quickly..tho most of my weight gain is from when i quit smoking, depression and from the foods that i like. i also have no family.

I, too had hi BP and I weighed over 340. I've lost 45 lbs in the last few months and it lowered my BP so low that my dr had to take me off one of my BP meds a month ago, then last week he cut my remaining med in half. I can attribute this to weight loss (the wife and I do weight watchers), and mild exercise. I try to walk briskly 30 minutes 4 or 5 times a week, plus get to the gym if I can. My BP now is usually around 115/75 or so. But, since I've had a history of Stage 1 hypertension, my doctor will only give me a 1yr med card....

Bottom line, for me at least, is to lose at least 10% of your current body weight and try to get minimal exercise and it will have dramatic effect on BP levels

Yep! That's good if that's what it is when you take a physical.

Are those bp limits with the use of medication?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean here. If you mean my numbers, my lower BP is still with meds, but cut way back to just a fraction of what I used to be on. But, the federal limits are 140/90 or less for a 2 year card, meds or not. The doctor giving me my DOT physical is my primary care doctor and he knows about my past high BP and will note that. Even if I went to a different doctor who had no knowledge of my prior high BP, I would tell him so there would be no gray area with the feds if I'm found to be on BP meds at a later date....

Actually a systolic blood pressure of 140 is the beginning of Stage 1 and is subject to a one year certificate. It has to be 139 or below for a 2 year certificate.

A diastolic of 90 will also create the one year certificate. It has to be below 89 to get the 2 year certicate.

i will keep this in mind tho it seems to be very difficult for me to lower my weight without the exercize and the food they serve u at truck stops...i usually leave out sun or mon and i might get in once or twice during the week...but depends on where im going next for my next load...i run regionally pulling containers now..but i am generally back home that friday to enjoy what i have left of the weekend..lol
