Maybe you should get your own facts straight.... wm own phone policy is posted at the dc.... And I love how your all you can call for this long and and all that without saying that the only way wm can enforce it is if they have access to your phone records.... And yes you are required to ßign allowing them to see your phone call and data records..... Guess your fine with that invasion of privacy.....!!!

You want to know how bad they are..... A GOOD company doesn't need to advertise every hr 24/7/365..... Turn over wouldn't require it.... A GOOD company doesn't need to pay you extra to come to work for them..... The higher the sign on bonus the more desperate they are for drivers...... Again a GOOD company has drivers WAITING to start.....

You guys start at $80,000 a year..... Goody for you... I make 3× that and I don't have anyone telling me how long I can stay home..... Enjoy your 2 days off... I've been off for 3 weeks because I wanted to be....

I wasn’t aware of that scooter...but since I climb in the back and pull the curtain closed while driving that makes it difficult to catch my reflection....RIGHT

you can talk on the phone for 3 hours everyday while driving if you want. They don’t check your phone records or have access to them everyday. However, if you have an incident, you need to provide your phone records because they want to know if it was distracted driving that led to the incident. They run on an old thing called the honor system trusting that drivers will abide by their policy of phone time. If you decide to go beyond that and get caught, that’s your own deal. And hey, if you don’t like it there are other companies.

Trainer James was fired by WM & he just a "blowhard" anyway. He has had like 6 jobs in 10 years so that`s i need to say about him.
Wal-Mart advertises a lot because they are very busy with freight both GM & Grocery. Their tired of the outside carrier`s tearing up their trailers therefore they are hiring more drivers to haul their freight.

As for the phone issue that`s for your safety & others, any electronic device is a distraction whether your driving your personal vehicle or a company vehicle.

The reason for the hiring bonus is because after a year most drivers transfer to a DC close to their home or somewhere in Florida to get away from a state (PA) that has bad gov`t issues.
