Yes that does look better. I see a couple trigger pulls. Remember to let it happen, don't force it. I think you may have a natural talent that could be developed.
Work on consistency, don't worry about where on the target your shots place. Get a pattern for your breathing that works for you, for example mine is two deep, one shallow, then acquire sight picture, don't hold it, just pause breathing. Focus on your optic since your using a scope. Don't look directly at the target, place the optic at the center of your target, focus on that front optic. Squeeze the trigger gently, let the shot happen, don't force it. Follow through, "watch" through your sights as the round travels out of the chamber, through the barrel, and to the target.

I bet not in too many schools anymore. Right around 3-4th grade is when we were taught. Every morning for a few weeks a bunch of us would do it the morningFlint1, Tug Toy, singlescrewshaker and 6 others Thank this.

The recoil on my 300 win mag is so great it occasionally flips the front rest over and my AR isn’t as bad, but it moves too because instead of waiting to chamber another round like in a bolt action, the whole bolt carrier group swings back and smashes forward to chamber another round so after each shot im like “my god, am I even facing the right direction anymore?”

My 6.5 rounds are reloads, they seem to be pretty good thoughFlint1, singlescrewshaker, jamespmack and 5 others Thank this. -
One thing I've seen a lot is people trying to start out on too big of a caliber and can't develop proper skills. Instead most times they develop a flinch.jamespmack, PoleCrusher, 650cat425 and 4 others Thank this.

That's where proper body position comes into play. Your skeleton can take it, even if you can't. Just have to position it so it gets transferred to your bones. It won't feel right at first, but you'll appreciate the results.Flint1, Tug Toy, singlescrewshaker and 6 others Thank this.

Yeah that’s probably the biggest thing I need to work on but haven’t tried much as of yet, been trying to time my breathing all along and then not jerk the trigger, but proper form is a little hard to get down perfect without seeing someone else do itFlint1, singlescrewshaker, Eldiablo and 5 others Thank this.

Haha I definitely wish I would’ve gotten a 308 at least, something small with cheap ammo sounds great for practicing the fundamentalsTug Toy, singlescrewshaker, Eldiablo and 3 others Thank this.
