    As the title says. Im pretty new to this. Just got my CDL A with a mega carrier and realized OTR wasnt for me after a month. I have applied to labatt and done their lift test(got it done in 19 min though im not sure if i did it in a safe manner they wanted. I did do some twisting but i was on my knees in between the pallets stacking boxes so im not sure if that counts against me so im waiting on their call). Can anyone recommend any local jobs that'll hire or extend training. I have an automatic restriction and no endorsements. I wouldn mind getting trained to drive manual and getting my tanker and hazmat.

    Have you considered applying at construction companies to run dump trucks? Most of the construction companies are pretty laxed on experience when it comes to hiring. You won't get rich doing it but it will allow you to be home everyday and gain experience.

    Yeah i want to get all of it especially hazmat and tanker. Just need to get back to work to put some money away and a little time to look over the material to test
