The Hartman's deserve nothing less than life in prison,.....

They are gone now but a bottom feeder, currently in Bankruptcy and should open another company in a couple of years. It's what they do and have been doing since the 1940s. Just wanted to get the Hartmann name out there and inform you that the US Department of Labor has brought a Lawsuit against them. Anyone who worked there needs to get involved. The 401k and health insurance money they collected from drivers was pocketed and they cancelled the policies. At least 656 drivers, maybe thousands depending on their turnover were bilked out of MILLIONS of dollars. The 401k plan should have more than 3 million in assets alone without company matching and that number is after the stock market crash. No tellings how much in health insurance. It goes back to 2006 and they closed in March 2009. Here is a story, I advise you to Google it or go to the Dept of Labor website to get more details if you worked there.

Anyone hear anything about the bankruptcy lately? I saw the website update stating we get our W-2's after Jan 31st, but that's it.....

 

I just hope and pray that when the W-2 arrives...its correct and they have not added wages in that we didnt get..........
