Freightliner alarm syste

Don't you worry. The good folks at Freightliner are making the same effort as our guy in image above.

 

Ignoring the non-value post above...what is the last 6 of the vin? I'd be curious as to what wiring exists for this feature. And also if it was a PDI or CWO installed component.

If I had to guess, I bet this is a fleet truck and they're the ones to have it installed...but I could be wrong. (which is why i wanna check)

Mine recently stopped working too. If you take the nobs off your brake releases and pull that panel off, behind it should be a set of wires with a fuse somewhere along it. I personally don't care for the alarm so I prob won't even replace it. Plus I'm having too many other electrical issues at the moment. Hope this helps.
