    I'm definitely going to have to go thru a weigh station. Missouri to Chicago-land. Forget about getting it home to Utah.

    Just insure the truck, get a bill of sale and drive the dang thing home. Just make sure its in mostly working order, lights, functional brakes and decent tires. Don't think most weight stations will worry much about a bobtail. Or just travel at night or GO AROUND THE WEIGHT STATIONS
