The Pete 367s i was in the high beam indicator was so bright it would half blind you for a few seconds if you looked directly at it. Most of them had a piece of tape over them.

That is probably because of Eld.

Most companies you lease on to do not want paper logs.

I hope I’m wrong but I’m waiting for it as well, although after rebuilding mine from the ground up I don’t think I could send it to the melting pot, I’ll just stick mine in the barn and pull it out on Sunday’s to look at it while I drink beer,

The B models only had standard hood, long hood didn’t come back until 1990 full time

those w990s are starting to grow on me, but still nothing like the classic look

007 Edition was one of the first long hood W900B trucks IIRC.

I recall that the auto industry tried the digital dashboard crap a long time ago. Customers wanted analog gauges, so they came back.

My brother-in-law has a Tesla. It's like driving an iPad. I hate it.

    Info from Mr Steve.....

“Peterbilts build slots for the current dash configuration have SOLD OUT. The order board has leaped out to 5 months wait time as orders continue to come in. The factory could easily be sold out for the year by the end of April. I have 140+ old dash, all gauges, no nav configurations (like in this pic) in my pocket form March thru July 19th. I expect them to sell out very quickly. Just a little PSA if you are thinking about a new 389 this year. “
