    I never get my physical done before early afternoon - never in the morning.

    There needs to be time to get the caffeine out of my system from my morning coffee, which I won't do without because I feel like crap otherwise.
    And I need to eat something at least an hour before I am tested to get my body settled for the day.

    Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
