Improper lane change is the one that’s hurting you the most. From what I understand lane changes are the most common accident in the industry.

I have been talking to JRayl. She is helping me ask for a review from the government. I should hear something this week.

It turns out I have a unsafe lane change on my record. I have never been sighted for a Unsafe Lane Change and I defiantly didn't pay a fine for one.

Holy heck if that’s where you are, there’s local jobs all over ..

There’s Fab Express (always advertising), Kimble and MBI running garbage , Pepsi, coke, deans dairy, dairymans, superior beverage, talon logistics (giant eagle), Black Horse, Hogan; and of course all the LTL’s.. fedex, UPS, ward, Pitt-ohio, este, saiah, XPO, YRC/Holland , old dominion , R&L, Dayton .. and then all the food service, Sysco , AD, Gordon

I’m sure you’d get hired on with at least one of the above

Unsafe lane change is a biggie. It in in the FMCSA's "Serious" category like speeding 15 mph over and tailgating. You get any 2 of those in a rolling three year period and you CDL gets suspended for 90 days. I've read that roadlaw.net has had cases where they got courts to reopen cases. I'm sure other ticket lawyers can do this as well. Might be worth checking into.

I'd contact Roadlaw and see about having those tickets changed to something else. It's all about money anyway. Next I'd pull my DAC report. Free DAC Report
Then I'd wait and see what all of that says. If nothing can be fixed or corrected, then I'd call the insurance companies and see if they would let me insure as an O/O. Once you find that out, and you can get insurance, then you can go to any owner operator (which make up 80% of the industry) and tell them that you can be insured and that you want to go to work. If nothing works, you will end up waiting 3 years from the incident for it to clear off of your record. If you just can't wait, and are able to get insurance, you could go all in and buy a used truck and hit the road until your record is clear. Good Luck.

Always go to court or talk with attorney, when getting tickets in CMV, never just pay the fine, it’s a admission of guilt in some eyes. But it’s probably going to be hard to get hired for a while.

Sounds like bad luck! I’d fight it in court. There is a drivers insurance called “over the road drivers plan” that can hook you up with a decent traffic lawyer. If you didn’t already have their insurance then you’ll pay full price, but it’s worth it on the off chance the Penalty can be reduced or dismissed
