FFE

I realy hate to hear that about Lisa Motor lines. I guess they changed over the past 10 years since I left. They were good to me when I was there back in 98-03 I had no problems and made money. I do know that FFE was working their way in the door more then what they had when I left....so I can only guess they went down hill from there. To the OP...Who were your fleet mgrs, recruiter, and trainer ?

Any one else ahvin the same problems as me?? not enough miles and no concern from your fleet mangr. I have had 2 34 hr restarts in 5 days not good. Lets all figure out what is goin on!!!!!!!!!!!

 

my fleet manages has been trying to take care of me. the problem is the logistics of the company since they decided to bring all 3 into 1. then they sell half our ###### trailers (95% of the sells are reefers) so we get stuck at the yards.

 

I hear you man its killing my miles. Was stuck in Burlington for a 34 and before that a 34 in ok city.

 

my hubby has had all sorts of problems since the merge he is original lisa....payroll is never right miles suck and cannot get home on time it has all went to h*** since the merge.

 

its not lisa motor lines that is the bad company but ffe took it all over it has become a horrible place to work and be pay is never right cant get any miles home huh now that is a joke cant ever get home its stupid u get lied to just because i guess ppl have nothin better to do with their time and energy. u get hung up on by the dispatchers fleet managers r a joke also it was a good place to be when it was still lisa but now that its ffe its only a matter of time before they go under.
