2011 Volvo vnl780 TCS & ABS losing throttle & power

Please I need help!! I have a 2011 Volvo VNL780 isx 15 truck drives normally until TCS light comes on and ABS randomly now I can’t even drive more then 5 miles until it starts acting up I lose throttle and dropping speed bobtail or loaded it’s been at 6 dealers and no one has figured it out i am losing money and no one can find the problem

I so far replaced all 4 batteries
ecm computer
Gas pedal
Throttle module

 

Volvo dealer said all the connections are good and it does it even on smooth roads

 

Dealer blamed it on the elog they took if completely out and drove it home next day same problem with out elog

 

No haven’t done any steering repairs I was just cruising on the highway and all the sudden TCS ABS Came on lost throttle and power as you see in the picture

 

code shows only when the TCS comes on its does not stay when parked only when I drive it pops up

 

I am literally spending thousands of dollars and no one can figure it out
