there is no evidence that they are not legal workers - other than they were referred to as such. As far as breaking laws and lucky they get paid at all, that is insulting. They are hourly workers and have no investment in “working” as hard as someone else expects. There are a large number of legal workers who on the US side but live on the Mexico side - likely for both family and economic reasons.

the business determines the hours of operation, not the lazy workers....

this thread is becoming more and more politicized everyday and it is not for the best.

My statement wasn’t meant for legal immigrants with work visas, even then imo they still don’t make a whole lot; anyone here in this country illegally is breaking the law, facts are facts, not going out of my way to insult anyone.

I'll make it clear, incase I'm not. Its zero politics to me. Simple, my family depends on how I manage my business. If it fails, it will be solely on me. I do not give a sheet what side of the isles anyone sets on. No one will tell me how or what to do with my business. Plus those political boneheads do not care about us one bit.

Now I have said im a hooker for money, but it has to make sense. I also do not mean any disrespect to any parties involved. But if they take offense, Oh well.

I absolutely agree, thats why my buddy and I call him Bobby No Freight aka Bobby Cheap Freight aka Ol Weezy Bob. My only options with my carrier was DH to Laredo for this load, DH to San Antonio but the same dispatcher does that area as well, and he didn't have anything up there. This load puts me in N Tx, where we run sheetrock out of.

This is about the 3rd time Ive been yanked around by this place (1st 2x's as a company driver). I know y'all as o/o would tell these people to get bent after the 1st time and never go back.

Just been a ####ty 10 days, stuck at home for 8 of them because of that storm. Wasn't gonna leave my family in the cold with no water.
