    Boss's truck, I am given a company checkbook and a company credit card. My choice of where to fuel and how to pay.

    And this driver will not do prepay. I'm not a thief.

    I also won't do pump pay. Why would I want to put a human out of work? It's not any faster, since I always take a civilized leak if given the opportunity.
