    I built something like that once, used an inverted fifth wheel for the turntable in the back.the plate in the pin were on the bottom part, and the cradle/platform for carrying the load had the fifth wheel mounted on the bottom of it. It was the easiest thing I could come up with to make sure the pins didn't get crosswise well steering the dolly and thewhole thing fall over sideways
