    Agree

Every truck on the road has a hiring sign. Incentive and bonus
I’m willing to bet more and more will be willing to adjust the required days out to find that good driver

I’m not saying it can’t be done but as stated. It will be difficult to find that one guy looking for your specific offer AND who can do his job without destroying your gear

This is the most humor i've had in a while. People say don't do it, it won't work. Those that have tried and failed, even better those that currently have drivers.

What's the worst that can happen? You lose everything? Willing to take the risk then go for it.

Very low return. But fairly safe.

if you can get one with a 6-8% ROI I’d say it’s pretty good. Plus paying the debt down and maybe paying it off in 5-10 years your looking at a pretty good monthly income.

If you're going to get a second one. If we can't talk you out of it, get a white one.

If I was one of the guys that made it sound like a bad idea I apologize. I think that if you want to do it you absolutely can do it there's no question about that.

I think that's the hardest part is going to two trucks and then three trucks the beginning you really need the right people.

But if you really want to do it listen to Midwest he can show you how to do it.

Its cool man. I understand the risk and reward. Seeing people tell me the risks is absolutely welcome. I’m actually shifting my approach because of it. Instead of just buying the truck and then hiring a driving. Im probably gonna try to find a good driver first.

Tell that to the people that had their property values plummet back in '08. Tell that to the landlords right now that haven't been able to collect rent for months because moochers are taking advantage of the eviction moratorium imposed on them by our federal government. America is turning into CAPITALISM LIGHT.

Yeah but now we have an administration they won't let you evict anyone for non-payment of rent. And these nut bags are talkin about rent cancellation.

I am a landlord. Im saying fairly safe with smaller returns than trucking. But smaller liability than trucking. Everything is a risk. Could slip and fall out of shower and hit head on the pot becoming a vegetable. Does that mean I stop taking showers?

It's just like trucking. Set yourself up and don't run and sell everything crying the first time the economy tanks. I could careless who is are presidential administration. I'm the only one responsible for my life.

    Badmon and gekko1323 Thank this.
