Alright so I spoke to TransX. And they said I can add more trucks in other terminal s in Canada , so I can only keep my 7 in Winnipeg and can’t add more in Winnipeg , but I have the option to add 3 in any terminal in Canada. So I’m thinking on looking into Calgary for the Canada / USA dry van runs. Is it easy to find drivers in Calgary ? I’m planning on buying a yard out their with a shop , how are propertie prices ? I just wana make sure I don’t walk into Calgary and get hated on for having multiple trucks. It’s happening in other companies. Guys hate owner operators with multiple units

I know a lot of drivers are Edmonton based - so that is not bad - good luck to you.

I live here (born and raised) do not buy in Calgary. Needs to be outside the city limits.

Drivers are hard to find here, everyone has been burned way to many times, no one wants to go to BC, people are tired of Cargill, JBS and Loblaws.
