It seems to have a misfire, hits somewhat under load. I want to crack injector lines. I can't find any useful YouTube videos. It appears the injectors lines go to side of head. It looks like I almost need a special wrench just to loosen them. Also how do I remove injectors?

Those lines contain high pressure fuel, I’d advise you not to crack them with the truck running. You need someone to check your codes and possibly do an injector cutout test to Isolate which injector may be faulty.

Engine won't start if you crack any one of those lines.

Like others mentioned, the fuel is high pressure. You can't do a cutout test on these like the old school engines with mechanical fuel injection pumps from 30+ years ago. This is high pressure common rail fuel system, totally different. Crack one line and the whole engine loses fuel pressure. The fuel pressure is high enough to pierce your skin and get into your body. This type of problem is not for a diyer. I recommend troubleshooting by someone with the proper diagnostic software and tooling.
ChuckMartel and QUALITYTRUCK Thank this.
