The round rod is the part of trans. that pushes the ele. switch you are trying to get out of the side of trans. from the outside, do not put the ez. out in a drill, put a drill bit in drill and lay a clean rag on on inside of trans. to catch any steel bits, then use the ez. out with a long wrench to get a good bite on the broken off part and screw it out when it starts moving?

If that circled rod is part of the transmission,
it should pry back with a long heavy screwdriver.
Try that.
Does it move back - like there is a spring in there, too?
That would mean a captured return spring behind that actuator.
It is captured between the broken off part and the rod.
Have you gotten this out yet, and if not, where are you stuck?
You do know U can take make/model to Dealer and get pictures? -
Is this fixed?
-
yes got it fixed . Pin didn’t want to come up no matter how hard I would pry it . So I had to drill remaining of switch with a large drill bit . End of the #### switch was a pain . Finally got it out and removed pin from inside out . Jb weld the hole now running lights to switch . Had to rewire the lights due to a short anyways . Thanks everyone for the help really appreciate itrolls canardly and Hammer166 Thank this.
