    I've never seen a C12 break a crank either but I have seen one break a main bolt, left long enough a broken main bolt can cause a broken crank.

    Put a cummins in it ? changed over to cat mid 90's to get away from them! back on the road now , got a 250k engine and fitted my own ecm, pumps , pto etc. Still going after cat for warranty. Driver bumped a dock ? one owner driver from new , me. Never been bogged on site, nothing.90% city driving ,lots of gear changes, but 120,000 miles, should never happen!

    Yea i'm glad you got her back running.......I didn't realize bumping a dock will cause that much damage but when I think about it I can see why.
