You’re right, everyone’s have gone up, mine was just appraised for insurance changes and i expected a modest 20% rise in value but I almost fell over when the appraiser handed me a 400% increase over two years ago, 400%!

my dads house is more, he expected to get $125k out of it three years ago and now he has an offer of $625k from one real estate agent and another said they can get $700k for the house. That’s over a 500% increase in three years. The house next door sold for $450k last year, it is being rented for $3k to some weird couple who barely takes out the garbage (the city already cited them for rats), these two work at GM tech center.

The guy who does my Internet and computer work went into bankruptcy just as this flu crap started because of his kids medical condition and the amount of money he owes for her surgeries. He was going to give up the house, the court forced him to sever the house from the rest and he has been waiting for foreclosure to happen then move in with his mom. A real estate agent contacted him two weeks ago and offered him three times as much as he owes the bank, he is taking it and moving in with his mom.

this is a bubble, it will burst hard and this time I am really hoping that our stupid government doesn’t take over the caustic loans and force more people out of their homes.

Granted CR England is one of the worst companies 2 months? get a year and change under your seat. Yep first six months your a slave. I don't know if any one will hire you with a truck abandoned. Abandoning a piece of equipment that's 150k new is going to scare a lot of employers.

Being an OO, do really like driving that much? How do you know until after a year.

Get a job doing construction, like a redimix job, making $22 an hour. After a year of work and no other big things, granted a truck stop isn't the worst place to leave a truck, you should get a better chance.

I think construction might be a good direction, a massive Infrastructure bill is coming. Being an OO there doing end dumps. Hmmm

Are you worried about inflation??? I see that coming. Yea there are 3 to 4 million government backed mortgages in forebearance. You don't have to prove anything just ask and it's given. Is it a million that are really needed to be in forebearance? That's a million foreclosures in a year. Take 6 months to go from first notice to sherrifs?

 

how about keep your money in the bank and get a good company driver job.

 

He can't ... He already screwed himself by abandoning a truck in his first 90 days.

I believe he's pretty young. With a 150k in the bank, if he was smart he'd put himself through college.

 

I would get a local job and put distance between that incident.

I would go to Nepal and see the mountains. But that would only take 3k.
