You guys I have finally been recognized for my greatness by The Man, apparently I won the coveted title of “highest idle time” last week out of the entire company and the fuel department would like me to explain how I did it :D

They went on to say they invested in “bunk heaters” and I’m over here like “Da hell I want a heater on for?! Man it’s hot as hell in this truck, lost your mind!” If I even remotely cared anymore I’d ask them how much it costs to run that AC on 60 all day... or here’s a new idea... invest in APU’s instead of bunk heaters...

I’m thinkin’ dump trucks until I can buy my own equipment one day, small local outfit

I hear ya; I gotta get a loan for our property first because it’ll look better when applying for one if you’ve been employed at a job for nearly a year vs one you just started and last thing on my to do list is get a cheap car, we don’t have one back home haha

My buddy worked at Pizza Hut as a delivery driver and he made quite a lot in tips haha I’m not trying to save up for a Lambo or something there, just make enough and have a little reprieve

I think most his money went towards diesel in his f250, idiot
