Mackey, quick, flag yourself! You’re violating the community guidelines with that first reply :D and I see a typo of mine

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, you do own an AK... sheesh

The food warehouses I've been frequenting are staffed by almost exclusively under 30, barely literate, and I don't think most of them actually even give directions. If it's not printed on a sheet to be handed to the drivers then it's beyond them. A question is met with confusion or blatant 'I don't have time for you' or 'not my problem'
That said I have been to a sysco in Atlanta, a Roundys in Wisconsin and the wegmans in Schenectady are memories of professional outfits. But most have been bad and some have been outright appalling. KeHE is hateful. Spartan Nash is physically disgusting stinking of compost and sewage at multiple locations and beyond hateful.
This isn't about a lumper only working a limited shift. This is about corporations who configure a business that holds drivers hostage without recourse because the unloading staffing is treated as incidental.... Both in their pay and treatment and the consequences fall on the truck. That's unacceptable in my opinion

No no no scramble. Just done enough so the outer part of the yolk is mushy and runny on the inside haha

Yep, prefer over hard or an omelet though.

Only time I do them easy is if I'm gonna put it on a sandwich, that way the yolk becomes like a sauce.

Eggs, btw don't have the same risks as hamburger. The inside isn't handled until the shell is broken.

If my hamburger is on a bun, it needs to be well done. Hamburger steak is medium. The only eggs I don’t like are raw. Scrambled, fried, omelettes, all good.
