Sad, that you of all people would go down to their level of mentality like that. But I guess it was expected when you hang with trash, you end up being trash before long. Your better than that I hope.Last edited: Mar 9, 2021

I dont know, you would have to ask the baldheaded staring expert on that one. After he explains tactical moves and staring moves on how to take out an opponent with verbal assaults taught at the academy.Last edited: Mar 9, 2021
Eldiablo and Brettj3876 Thank this. -
We run a 1502 GQF, works great, over 90% hatch rate. Picked it up a few years back, like new, for $500 (new one was $725 + $100 shipping then) It's paid for itself many times over already.
We went with the production red strain, Rhode Island Red roo & Rhode Island White hen. They are about the best brown egg producer in the industry right now, plus the chicks at birth are easy to sex, mottled are hens, straight yellow down are roos.
Raised pheasants for a few years too, lotta work but good return on the investment. Thought about Quail also, but I'm getting well into my sunset years and running out of steam...singlescrewshaker, shooter19802003, Eldiablo and 7 others Thank this. -
Once the coons get after them, you'll lose hens every night until the varmints are neutralized. Many times, too many to count, the last thing a coon saw was a bright light just prior to receiving his lead pills....Nostalgic, singlescrewshaker, shooter19802003 and 8 others Thank this.

The hens in that picture are Rhode Island Reds, can’t say if they’re actually Production Reds because they don’t appear to be as dark in color as the original, nor as light as productions... I buy all my poultry from McMurray Hatchery, bought those twice, hatched some offspring a couple timessinglescrewshaker, Eldiablo, dwells40 and 4 others Thank this.
