Well, I work for Roehl, and if that is the best one can work for, then I can tell you that this is really #$#%##$# industry. Roehl is getting worse with every week, miles keep disappearing, they hire new people and try to safe every penny.

I have only worked for one company and that is Schneider,,I looked into Roel when I was trying to decide which one to drive for, it came down to Roel and Schneider. I like Roel because their add said they were military friendly and you can actually draw two years of your GBill money as compared to Schneiders 1yr. I can't remember what it was but it was the difference in training pay and location for me that made my choice.

    Thanks DieselGypsy,
If this poll continues to go as well as it has I will drop the bottom 1 or 2 and add 1 or 2 more and restart the poll. I've heard from several Schneider drivers who have asked why Schneider was not on the poll. Bottom line is that I just made a random pick of the 5 that I had read the most about in the forum.
Please continue watching for this thread and vote again when Schneider is added to the poll.
    Continued success,

I choose Roehl becuase I did work there and they were not that bad then. But I would agree if you had a 6th I think Schneider would give Roehl a run for there money.

Schneider will be on the next poll. I will eliminate the bottom runners (aka "bottom feeders) from poll and add Schneider plus at least one other company and start the poll all over again. I'll keep the top 2 or 3 and see if the new additions can kick them out. Thanks for your reply.

I choose none of the above, unless I am starving, about to lose everything I own, there are no other jobs I can do anywhere else, and I have a gun pointed at my head. Notice I didn't say never, I did leave myself an out in case the un-thinkable happens, and I would end up at one of these companies.

Schneider doesn't hire newbies, so I don't see any reason to put it in your poll.
