Ok, my question is. I have a dui violation on 12/93.now this is along time ago..Is it possible to get this cleared?? I went in circles through dmv. and no luck.any other options??

Wow! I would think it would be off your record by now, I thought it was the same as credit after 14 years it is off? I guess I have no clue!
Look up your state DMV and see how long it should be on there. If it is past due, maybe there is a form to fill out? I would investigate that first.
Many companies will not hold that against you though since it is almost 13 years old. I know CRST is more stricter about that one, than most. Are you having problems finding a job because of it? Are you an OTR driver?

Talk to a lawyer, most times they can get minor indiscretions erased from your records...this one might be hard, as MADD is a powerful lobby, and they might have made it hard to get this removed.
I do know people who got, larcenies, arson, and an insurance scam, removed from their records after 10-15 years....IDK.
i also dont think you would have a problem with a 13yo DWI, might have to take a crap company for a year, but should be good.

i was arrested after taking perscription medication and was impaired.im a newbie and im trying to drive team with my son whose record is clean.ohbtw i was arrested in june of 06.my son talked to a werner recruiter and he told him they will take us as long as it was 1 year old ?
