    Pro-enforcement evasion tip, one crime at a time, and at least a year between interactions with officers.

    Also while not terribly sympathetic to the driver's situation, im a bit confused as to what the officer thought was going to happen, ie, driver is oos, well, he (and presumably the truck) live in minnesota, its not likely that a guy that had that many different drugs in his vehicle was going to listen to a simple oos order and not drive the truck back.

    I am amazed he wasn't arrested and jailed for all that stuff being in the truck.

    Yeah me too, placed OOS was the punishment????? Goodness,

    The same punishment for having a rear turn signal....(minus the amount of time)
