1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

I am an 0/0 looking for a driver with a truck or without. This is over the road frieght spending 2-3 weeks on the road (more if you want) I am in the tidewater Va area (hampton,Va) You would be running under my authority but calling your own shots for the most part. You would be leased to me as self employed sorry not an employee no bennifits you do your own taxes and so on i just supply a weekly settlement and plenty of miles to run. no strings no catches just looking for an honest driver for honest work. reply on this site or email me at tobins.trucking@cox.net for details. please only serious drivers with a decent record,we all make mistakes in life so im not looking for or expecting perfection just a honest trustworthy man that wants to work

Ya you would think 20,000 but only (3) hard to believe. maybe thats a good sign everyone has a good job and can pay their bills and take care of their familly, one could only hope.

I did not put the rates on this due to i wanted people who did not have a job respond, not trying to get job hoppers. I have a contract with a major carrier to run their trailers under my authority,no big deal really just lots of frieght and miles. pay is not the best but its a job for someone that may not have one. That being said here it is

    .40 for a driver
    1.06 for a driver with a truck

I think i have my one extra truck covered for now, still looking for people with their own truck that need work.

so you're loking for an owner operator to lease to you, and run for the company you'r leased to? well why don't I lease some trucks on and then out them on you and get a few more hands in the pot!

Medicinman-- Im not not leased on to them or anyone. Im running under my authority as i thought was clear pulling their trailers/frieght through their brokeage division. i think making a $1,200-$1,500 a week after fuel is a pretty good deal for a person sitting without a job. 1.06 per mile isnt the best rate as i stated but its more money than not working. If you have a job then thats great, im not trying to take advantage of anyone i dont like double brokering dont do it never would. Its just an honest job honest work no strings or catches. times are tough some people cant make ends meet this is just some work to get you through those times. I did not ask for 0/0 with their own authority. anyway its just some work if you dont need any then your in good shape not everyone is in that situation. Im pulling the frieght myself and its a nice break from trying to find my own loads everday, with that said Have a good holiday and be safe

Hay have a KW T600 w/425 cat ,13 seed. I have been going through it doing repairs and looking for some place to put it to work. Sound like we could team up. I am new to OTR , but not new to trucks and driving. I have a back ground as mechanic, Over 2 yrs T/T exp. flat bed hauling equipment and 30 yrd dump trailer. Clean MVR , no durgs or alcohol problems. Lets talk and maybe get rolling.
