Here's a pro tip......
Take the little cup and pour just a dab in it to see if you like it first. Nothing worse (well maybe a few things....but anyway), than getting a whole thermos full of homeless people spittle and you don't find out until you've walked back to the truck.

You gotta get a system.
Little cup, sample the beverage.
"Hummm, not bad. I think we have a winner."
Then, add cream and sugar and proceed.
Little cup, sample the beverage.
"Oh lord, I'm a gonna die."
Politely, pour the rest down the drain and repeat to the next selection.

Here's another pro tip: that coffee always seems to be blazing hot. Slide over to the fountain drink machine and get a handful of ice and put in there first.
