I was reading somewhere that there are 4 kinds of mango in Brasil.
manga espada is green
manga palmer it is red and it was brought from Florida
manga Tommy Atkins it is multi color and the most exported to other countries
manga rosa yellow and pink not very popular in other countries

 

I think I’ll pass on the Tommy Atkins, kinda sounds like a country singer, but either way I don’t like my food to have human names
