You are a low grade moron. I said I don't condone the practice, but emergencies do happen. A safer option may not be available for many miles. Sometimes a guy is planning to use a rest area 10 miles ahead, but it is closed when he gets there.

 

If the police was really worried about safety, they would give huge tickets to drivers that do this for a non emergency.
A breakdown with triangles out is one thing, but a break or having to use the bathroom is another. Shouldn't have your junk out on a public highway anyway, little kids.

 

Pot calling the kettle black, In all my 25 years out here I have only hit the shoulder due to mechanical problems twice. Never to take a break or pee.
