I have a 1lw that is an absolute dog . Makes 60 psi of fuel pressure at idle and about 80 under load while driving. New turbo non waste gated . Makes 30 psi of boost but it doesn’t pull well. Also please note the truck has about 80,000 on the in frame . I’m at a loss now . The fuel mileage is horrendous . File number in the Ecm is 1708226 .

Sounds about right on the fuel pressure and the boost, does it have a Pyrometer?

If the boost sensor doesn't sense boost pressure you will have the symptoms you are having.

Also could be the atmospheric pressure sensor.
