I believe they haul trailers that sit for awhile. The problem is you will be pulling a trailer that is hardly roadworthy.
feldsforever and 2004Pete387 Thank this. -
Powersource is a Power Only company that does not have there own trailers and only pulls others. I believe they do still do not have company drivers its all owner op's. They do alot of new trailers from manufacturers to dealers and loaded trailers for shows and concerts plus equipment mounted trailers. Not sure if they have gotten into the freight hauling power only side like lets say Amazon but they never used to do that type of hauling.
It is very laid back form of trucking compared to freight hauling. And yes some of the trailers that they get contracted to haul can be less than stellar even though the customer will say they are roadworthy, they are really not and you have to use your judgement wisely.
And be prepared to stay on the road for at least a few weeks at a time. The most successful operators stay out and follow the money and don't worry about home time constantly if the season is busy and you are making money.2004Pete387 Thanks this. -
Powersource moved a Boeing P8/A flight simulator trailer for us from Detroit to Halifax and back , they must have there ducks in a row after the cavity search all partys involved withstood.
nikmirbre, bjebakos and feldsforever Thank this. -

Hello. I am very interested. I have 2 yrs OTR hauling flatbed and boats but my experience is not recent (2014 to 2016). Will this disqualify me to work for the company?
