What's the model number and HP you have now? Usually it's just a tune, turbo and injectors, depending how much power you want to gain
Bean Jr. Thanks this. -
Very easy, just go to a tuner, . How much you can increase it depends on the engine

I would have to double check but I believe its the 12.7L its on a 2008 frieghtliner daycab. Its got a delete already been done on it

Well I believe its a 12.7L 2008 detroit 60. Im just wondering if theres a way to crank this thing up. Seems to be dragging its ##* around everywhere. Cant even pull an empty 40’ down the highway in some wind.

More or less just looking for an estimated cost to turn it up.
-
I had it done, less than $ 500., just checks the ECM and makes a change in the settings, Not all tuners are the same, Diesell Doc. Effingham Illinois
Bean Jr. Thanks this. -
They did mine. Runs great now.
-
Need to make sure there’s not an underlying problem. Maybe run overhead, check ata cooler for leaks.
-
run from anything Diesel doctor. A good tune is a LOT more than 500. Pittsburgh power would be a great start. 2008 came with a 14l detroit. A completely different animal. First thing is to test you Charge air cooler. If it is a 14l. make sure the vpod is calibrated correctly.
