I received second speeding ticket (i was going 70 mph) in California, will my liscense be revocation ? (For 60 days)
i know it’s a shame but it hard maintaining 55 mph at 2 am when the interstate is empty on i40 .

The tables in 383.51 say 15 or more over. Most carriers are going to call you in on these kinds of tickets. The OP is now subject to an FMCSA mandated suspension once these tickets hit the DMV.slow.rider Thanks this.

Sadly enough there are companies who'll hire him. Even with a driving record like that.
I don't know if he's from California but when agricultural hauling starts he could probably catch on with one of those valley outfits that run seasonal and will hire anybody with a pulse, a CDL, and can climb into a truck unassisted.InTooDeep, tscottme and slow.rider Thank this. -
